Kanchana Raman
Founder, President & CEO
Kanchana founded Avion Networks in 1996 and has led it for nearly three decades through major network transformations — wireless and wireline, 2G through 5G, fiber, and infrastructure deployments across U.S. and international markets. Under her leadership, Avion has delivered engineering, deployment, staffing, and technology solutions for leading telecom operators, OEMs, and technology companies. A recognized industry leader, she has served in senior roles with the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), WBENC, and TiE Global.
Joseph brings more than 20 years with Avion and deep expertise in program management, operations, and technology deployment. He has been central to delivering complex projects, building high-performing teams, and sustaining strong client and partner relationships. As COO, he leads Avion’s operational execution and helps drive the company’s growth across fiber, wireless, data centers, and emerging technologies.
Mukul is a telecommunications and technology executive with over 30 years of experience across network modernization, AI, automation, analytics, and operations. He has held senior leadership roles at Ericsson, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and R Systems, serving leading global telecom operators and technology companies. At Avion, he leads strategic growth and transformation — bringing together digital intelligence, infrastructure delivery, and technology-enabled operations across telecom, data center, utility, energy, and federal markets.
Steve brings over 40 years of telecommunications and technology experience, with leadership and sales roles at AT&T, Fujitsu, and Ericsson. At Avion, he focuses on building strong customer relationships and connecting clients with the right technology, staffing, and professional-services solutions.
