AT&T Services, Inc. Facilities Avion System Inc.’s Supplier Diversity Initiatives

Kanchana Raman, Avion Systems Inc., met with AT&T Services, Inc. Supply Chain representatives, regarding Avion’s quest to work with another company to support Avion’s vision to align with AT&T’s strategic vision and priorities. Several diverse suppliers were discussed that could complement Avion. Thereafter, Avion and Tech Mahindra decided to form a new venture called Avion Networks Inc., which will offer engineering services to companies transforming their networks to a virtualized, cloud-enabled and open-systems driven network. Ms. Kanchana Raman owns majority stock in the new company. Therefore, Avion Networks Inc. will be a woman-owned, minority-owned company.
